Monitoring services can differ in coverage and history. Compare individual broadcasts before comparing overall totals.
Match the recording version and ISRC, station/feed, country, date range and time zone in both reports. A syndicated show, remix or radio edit may be represented differently.
For an incorrect or duplicate play, send Support the Radiostats track URL, expected recording link and examples of the station and broadcast dates.
For a total that differs from another service, include its reporting period and individual missing or duplicate broadcasts where possible. A focused screenshot or export is useful.
If the issue is an absent broadcast, follow missing plays. Different coverage means another service’s overall total will not necessarily match Radiostats.
