Search the title on the correct artist or label profile and clear unintended filters. Originals, remixes, radio edits and other versions may have separate entries.
Managed catalogs import automatically twice a day. A new release can take time to appear; catalog import and radio-play detection are separate updates.
For a persistent gap, send Support the Radiostats profile URL, direct recording links, release date and ISRC if known. State whether it is an original, remix, radio edit or exclusive, and which label released it.
If the recording exists but a broadcast is absent, use missing radio plays with the station and broadcast time instead.
