Why is my radio data locked?

Using your phone? Open the links below on a computer to use these Radiostats settings panels.

1. Open Account Settings → Subscriptions with the email you used to pay.
2. Check the service: you need Radiostats access or a Songstats Bundle that includes it.
3. Check the profile: Artist covers that artist’s catalog; Label covers recordings released by that label.

Professional provides analytics access across artists and labels. Professional Settings → Linked Profiles is your managed roster, rather than a requirement to link every artist before viewing radio analytics.

No upgrade prompt, just missing broadcasts? Start with missing radio plays.

If the paid plan should cover the view, send Support your account email, locked profile or track URL and receipt. Avoid purchasing again while your existing access is being checked.
