Cancel through the provider you paid. Removing the app or your account does not cancel an app-store subscription.
Using your phone? Open the links below on a computer to use these Radiostats settings panels.
Paid on the website? Open Account Settings → Subscriptions, select the subscription’s edit/pencil control, then Cancel Subscription. Finish the confirmation and check the renewal status.
Paid through Apple? Cancel in Apple’s subscription settings.
Paid through Google Play? Cancel in Google Play subscriptions.
A trial also needs to be cancelled before renewal to avoid its first charge. Check the end date shown by your payment provider. Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund; see unexpected charges.
If you cannot find the subscription, check the account email and the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Contact Support with the purchase provider and receipt if you are still stuck.
